Refund policy

Each Golden Rune Jewelry piece is handmade in small batches or one-of-a-kind. Because of the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final.

Please review all photos, measurements, ring sizes, chain lengths, fit notes, and product descriptions before purchasing. Natural stones may include variations, matrix, texture, and character that make each piece unique.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your piece, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll review it and do my best to make it right.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for sizing issues, change of mind, natural stone variation, discounted/sale items, destash items, or custom orders.

Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once work has begun.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is approved due to an error or damage, the piece must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging.
