90-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee
Golden Rune Jewelry offers complimentary repairs for verified craftsmanship defects reported within 90 days of delivery.
Covered defects may include:

Solder joints that separate under normal wear.

Bezels or settings that fail due to a craftsmanship defect.

Other construction issues determined to have resulted from the original manufacturing process.
Complimentary Repair Shipping
For approved craftsmanship defects within the guarantee period, Golden Rune Jewelry will cover reasonable standard shipping costs both ways, using a return process arranged or approved by us.
What Is Not Covered
The craftsmanship guarantee does not cover accidental damage, crushed or bent jewelry, improper care, normal wear and tear, stone damage caused by impact, unauthorized repairs, or alterations performed by another jeweler.
Natural stone characteristics, handmade variations, and intentionally oxidized or textured finishes are not considered craftsmanship defects.
Repairs Outside the Guarantee Period
Repair requests outside the 90-day guarantee will be evaluated individually. When repairs are possible, an estimate will be provided before work begins.
Requesting a Repair
Please contact Golden Rune Jewelry with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
Do not ship jewelry back without receiving return instructions.
